This device can achieve high-precision measurement of automotive components. Taking the motor as an example, this device controls the movement of the measuring head and obtains the coordinates of several points on the bearing chamber surface and joint surface of the motor product (the number of points will be adjusted according to the actual situation). The measurement software fits the bearing chamber surface and joint surface plane through these point coordinates and calculates the relative height of the plane. The detected data will be bound with the product QR code information and written into the tray RFID. The static measurement equipment accuracy of the system can be ± 2um.
