Vacuum box helium leak detection and recovery integrated equipment

This type of equipment can perform dry, non-destructive helium leak testing on cast parts for new energy vehicles. It uses the vacuum chamber method to evacuate the vacuum chamber, ensuring that the product is not affected by external factors. Helium gas at a certain pressure is introduced into the product, and a helium mass spectrometer leak detector is used to test for helium leaks. The vacuum chamber is evacuated to a pressure less than 20 Pa, with a leak detection accuracy of up to 5.0E-9 Pa·m³/s.
