The flexible feeding workstation operates through the coordination of a flexible vibration plate and 2D/3D vision positioning devices, controlled by a PC, and is paired with a SCARA robot. This setup achieves higher positioning accuracy (0.05mm repeatability) to solve the challenges faced by traditional vibration plates in feeding, thereby filling the gap in the feeding of small and precision products.
