OUR EQUIPMENT – CRASHBOX - CMS PRODUCTION LINE
The production line integrates the processes of automatic loading, material hardness checking, sawing to length, stamping, press forming, milling, deburring, spacer assembling, laser marking, part cleaning and stacking. The cycle time of the line can be as fast as 25 sec/pc. One time loading can provide around 4 hours of autonomous production. Tooling change can be done within 15 minutes.
