The production line integrates the processes of automatic loading, material hardness checking, stretch bending, stamping, sawing, milling, deburring, laser marking, part cleaning and stacking. The cycle time of the line can be as fast as 25 sec/pc. One time loading can provide around 4 hours of autonomous production. Tooling change can be done within 30 minutes.
