Ultrasonic welding machine is that when a 20KHZ(or 15 KHZ) high pressure,high-amplitude signals are generated by the generator,through a transducer the signal is converted to high-frequency mechanical vibration,then pressure it on the palstic workpiece ,where temperature raises on the workpiece's surface and inner of the firction between the molecules.When the temperature reaches the melting point of the workpiece itself,the workpiece interface rapidly melting,,and then fill in the space between the interface.When vibration stops,workpiece cooling under certain pressuerand setting at the same time,where a perfect welding effect is achieved.
