Dosing unit foaming

The dosing unit is used for the exact dosing of the raw materials in amount and pressure. Its centerpiece are two independently operating electro-volumetric dosing systems (EVD), one for each component (Isocyanate and Polyol). The necessary application pressure of at least 200 bar is built up by the dosing unit.
The system is independent from fluctuation in viscosity. Further advantages are a quick response time, continuous adjustment of material quantities and a detailed visualisation with control functions.
