Our vat emptying systems are the basis for material handling. Different standard configurations are available for this purpose. Individual adjustments for customer-specific processes can also be implemented. The vat emptying systems SKP can handle low to highest viscosity materials directly from the containers between 20l to 1000l. The material is handeld by a scoop piston base pump directly from the containers. Depending on the transmission ratio between scoop piston base pump and air motor, the handeled volumen is 4.8l/min - 15.6 l/min or between 80 cm³ - 260 cm³ per double stroke. According to customer specifications an processed material, heating of the entire system or individual components is possible. The system can be expanded to a double barrel pump system.
