Haosen Establishes a State-of-the-Art New Energy Drive Motor Process Laboratory, Propelling the Continuous Evolution of the New Energy Motor Industry

2023-04-10

Demand-Oriented Laboratory Construction

The burgeoning new energy vehicle drive motor sector is marked by rapid developments and frequent technological advancements. This necessitates a proactive approach to cater to the evolving demands of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and Tier 1 customers with reliable solutions. This approach promotes high-quality industry development and takes initiative in the market. Haosen recognizes the need to cultivate a profound understanding of motor products, staying attuned to the latest advancements, while simultaneously delving into the intricacies of manufacturing processes, especially each stage’s key influencing factors.

Haosen is constructing an experimental testing system. The initiative establishes a well-equipped laboratory that facilitates the creation of experimental plans, theoretical verifications, and the development of comprehensive databases. The databases include stator raw material performance, process parameters, and experimental testing results specifically tailored to Haosen's drive motor stator production line. In this way, Haosen is well-positioned to target new solutions for production lines and customers; establish protocols for process verification; and ensure effective product acceptance.

The laboratory's strategic role extends to prototyping new products for clients, securing Haosen’s position at the forefront of motor product R&D. By closely monitoring industry trends, exploring market growth points, and fostering early-stage strategic collaborations with customers, Haosen prioritizes mutual benefit and win-win results.

Moreover, the laboratory will conduct preliminary process verifications for Haosen's projects, optimizing the rationality process of the product line and enhancing equipment functional reliability. This approach contributes to shorter delivery cycles for Haosen's product lines, meeting customers' demands for product stability and prompt delivery.

About the Lab

The Haosen New Energy Drive Motor Technology Laboratory, currently in the planning and construction phase, will comprise 11 specialized laboratories, each dedicated to distinct aspects of motor production. These include prototyping, insulation, laser, electrical performance testing, physical testing, physical and chemical testing, enameled wire testing, and four reliability testing laboratories. The facility will house over 30 diverse types of testing equipment and more than ten self-made types of equipment for wire forming, paper insertion, wire insertion, expansion, twisting, welding, insulation and more. The laboratory has process verification and testing capabilities for most key performance factors of the motor stator production line.

The laboratory's capabilities span raw material selection and verification, such as insulation performance of enameled wire, surface scratch resistance, and deformation resistance under high temperature and high load.

Additionally, the laboratory process verification possesses the capability to perform post-paint removal surface cleanliness testing, wire molding springback testing, and long-cycle prototype reliability testing. This involves factors like hot and cold shock as well as cyclic damp and heat alternation.
