Flat Wire Motor Intelligent Assembly Line

At AMTS, Comau introduced a groundbreaking intelligent assembly line for flat wire motors, bypassing the limitations of traditional coil windings. This solution offers customers a production line with higher efficiency, flexibility, and precision. It not only facilitates lightweight vehicle development but also boosts energy-saving potential, aiding companies in cost reduction and enhancing effiiciency.

2nd-Generation Battery Module High-Speed Processing Unit

The second-generation battery module high-speed processing unit achieves high-precision, large-volume processing of square and soft-pack batteries. This advancement significantly improves battery system performance and safety, enabling system design that achieves flexible and high-productivity with a compact layout.

in.Grid Digital Solutions

Comau's proprietary IoT solution, in.Grid, facilitates data collection and real-time monitoring of production lines, units, products, and processes. By combining sensor technology, data analytics, and real-time equipment monitoring, in.Grid seamlessly connects Comau and non-Comau manufacturing equipment. It streamlines data collection and exchange, enabling monitoring and telemetry of process and technical data, fostering predictive maintenance and improved production efficiency.

Gravity APC Transfer System

Gravity APC, an innovative, green, accumulation-type pallet conveying mechanism was developed by Comau based on the ESG concept. The machine efficiently transports materials between two points using an air source mechanism, increasing material potential energy. The mechanism utilizes gravity and traveling wheels, thus eliminating the need for motor drive.
