This series of power source uses the latest IGBT inverter circuit design, adjustable operating current range of 100-1800A, the polit current 20-100A, 20-100ms, and adjustment accuracy of 1A, 1ms.
DSI 1800A supports 1-5 MG51/SG51/AH75/AH85 servo-driven stud welding guns. The system integrates SMART1000 on-line stud welding quality monitoring system. Through on-line high-speed calculation and comparison of welding energy, electrical variables and mechanical parameters, the stud welding yield has reached a higher level. Under normal circumstances, it is possible to eliminate defective products flowing down to the next process.
